XMAS GIFTS

CLIENT: Signwise | YEAR: 2018 | CATEGORYy: 3D Design As a xmas gift to our clients I was asked to showcase some of the capabilities we had at Signwise. The company had recently invested in a laser machine so I came up with the idea of making gift boxes completely in house. I deigned the boxes from scratch in illustrator, the cutting and etching was done on our laser cutter. The challenge was to design something that looked good and was functional. The beer and wine were fairly heavy so the design had to be very sturdy. There was a bit of trial and error before coming up with a final version that worked and looked good. The wood was laser cut in house and held together by PVA glue.
